• Partner with functional business leaders in owning & developing analytics applications for higher business value.
• Translate key analytical solutions as generic and re-deployable across regions / markets.
• Design, architect, and manage analytics processes and infrastructure and define initiatives with senior management.
• Can see the \'bigger picture\' and assess relationship between recommended solutions and business performance.
• Champions changes by partnering with Global / Regional leaders and establish analytics driven business model.
• Own delivery of high-quality analytics solutions for the business stakeholders across geographies.
• Lead a cross functional team, in an Agile working environment for rapid prototyping, developing, and implementing analytics led applications / services.

Requirements

• Primary or additional qualifications (degree) in Behavioural science, Behavioural economics, Psychology
• Approx. 5-10 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience working with multiple collaborators (business, web development, legal, risk, copy writers, data analytics, Information Technology)-Demonstrated experience scoping, designing, implementing, tracking Behavioural Science research (quantity & quality)
• Hands on experience working with data & analytics, especially Psychographic & Behavioural segmentation.
• Collaboration with business to identify opportunity for Behavioural Science communication & partner in deployment of behavioural science interventions.
• Experience conducting Behavioural Science training/ sessions. Behavioural Science. driven strategy
• Strong skills in designing Bank Identifier Code (BIC), Behavioural data analysis and some exposure to Behavioural Science driven strategy
