:Education Requirements: BCom, master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in accounting/MBAWork Experience Requirements: 8 to 12 years of experience in Financial Reporting (GAAP & STAT Reporting)Responsibilities:\xe2\x80\x93Timely and accurate delivery of GAAP & STAT Financials, schedules, disclosures etc.\xe2\x80\x93Preparation of adjustment entries, draft financials, disclosures and footnotes for Yellow blanks and 10K/10Q filingsRole Specific Skills:\xe2\x80\x93Knowledge of Regulatory reporting concepts including accounting standards\xe2\x80\x93Subject Matter Expert in SEC reporting, Notes to accounts, State filing/ supplements and other disclosures etc.\xe2\x80\x93Technical/Soft Skills\xe2\x80\x93Proficient in MS Office\xe2\x80\x93Experience in Workiva, Wings, SAP/Oracle, Blackline\xe2\x80\x93Extensive knowledge of financial calculations
