We, at EXL, are hiring for ETL (Talend) developer who has rich experience in managing end-to-end delivery of data pipelines and demonstrating broad knowledge of technical solutions, developing ETL workflows etc.

Detailed Job description is as follows.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Extremely comfortable working with data, including managing large number of data sources, analyzing data quality, and pro-actively working with client\xe2\x80\x99s data/ IT teams to resolve issues.
• Designing, developing and documenting Talend ETL processes, technical architecture, data pipelines and performance scaling using tools to integrate Talend data and ensure data quality in a big data environment.
• Performing data requirements analysis, assisting data flow, data mapping and impact analysis with respect to any change requests.
• Interact with the client to understand their requirements and communicate / brainstorm solutions
• Contribute to how analytical approach is structured for specification of analysis
• Resolves user complaints with data and responds to suggestions for improvements and enhancements.

• Master\xe2\x80\x99s or Bachelor\'s degree in math, statistics, economics, computer engineering or analytics related field from top-tier universities with strong record of achievement, solid analytical ability, and an entrepreneurial hands-on approach to work
• 2-4 years of data integration and data management delivery experience preferably in retail domain
• Proficient in SQL and RDBMS.
• Hands-on exposure to ETL tool \xe2\x80\x93 Talend and cloud technologies like AWS (services like EC2, Redshift, S3) would be a plus.
