  • Hands-On Experience in managing Windows Enterprise Domain Controllers
  • Active Directory (Schema), DFS, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP & Print Services
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, Azure AD, MFA
  • Hands on Windows Server OS Refresh/Upgrades with least production impact.
  • Hands on Active Directory Certificate Services
  • Worked on GPO less & Password less technologies
  • Monitoring, Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery, documentation, quality, performance management, service level agreements for Systems & Enterprise Computing.
  • Well versed with ITSM Framework, Change Management, Vendor Resource / Team Management.
  • Security, Audit, and compliance management
  • Follow and apply configuration and security standards and policies within a defined Change Management process
Expertise or understanding on cloud-based identity, Identity as a service (IDaaS), transformation to Azure AD, good understanding on zero trust framework wherein identify is the key source to implement SSO, MFA, Conditional access, identity protection- Configuring and managing Gmail settings, including email routing, forwarding, and aliases.- Troubleshooting email delivery issues, spam filtering, and message routing.- Managing Google Calendar settings and resources (rooms, equipment).- Managing Google Drive settings and permissions for file sharing and collaboration.- Assisting users with creating and sharing documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.- Troubleshooting file access issues and version conflicts.- Configuring and managing organizational settings in the Google Admin Console.- Monitoring user activity and auditing changes to Google Workspace settings.- Performing routine maintenance tasks such as user license management and data retention policies.- Enforcing security policies for mobile devices using Google Mobile Management.- Configuring device policies, application management, and remote wipe capabilities.- Troubleshooting mobile device synchronization issues and device enrollment.SLACK- Managing user accounts, permissions, and access levels within Slack.- Creating and configuring user groups, channels, and private conversations.- Assisting users with account setup, password resets, and troubleshooting login issues.- Creating and managing channels, including public, private, and shared channels.- Configuring channel settings such as notifications, member permissions, and retention policies.- Managing Slack workspaces, including customization, branding, and integration settings.- Configuring and managing integrations with third-party applications and services.- Troubleshooting integration errors and connectivity issues.- Assisting with the development and deployment of custom Slack apps or bots.- Providing guidance on best practices for organizing messages, threads, and files within Slack.- Assisting with file uploads, sharing, and permissions.- Troubleshooting message delivery issues, thread management, and search functionality.- Configuring notification preferences and alert settings for users and channels.- Assisting with troubleshooting notification delays or failures.- Educating users on how to manage notification settings to reduce noise and distractions.GCP- Provisioning, configuring, and managing virtual machines (VMs) on Compute Engine.- Setting up and managing Kubernetes Engine clusters for containerized applications.- Configuring and managing Cloud Storage buckets for file storage needs.- Managing network resources such as VPCs, subnets, and firewalls.- Setting up IAM roles and permissions to control access to GCP resources.- Troubleshooting IAM-related issues such as permissions errors or access restrictions.- Creating and managing databases on Cloud SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or SQL Server) or Cloud Spanner.- Configuring monitoring and alerting policies using Stack driver Monitoring.- Analyzing logs and metrics to troubleshoot performance issues or service disruptions.- Assisting customers with technical issues related to GCP services, including but not limited to VMs, networking, storage, and databases.
