:A. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE JOB:a) Architecture engineering activities to carry out Process Plant building design work based on standard company procedure / other procedures, methods outlined.b) Timely completion of designs, requisitions and engineering deliverables.c) Should possess a very strong communication skill.d) Technical guidance to Junior Architects/Designers/Draughts persons to carry out Architecture design work as per the requirements of the Project.e) Adherence to Dept./Discipline Working Instructions and Quality Systems.f) Overview of work progress and work-hour usage.g) Working within company budgetsh) Meet client expectations and maintain long-term relationship with client. Attend to clientxe2x80x99s feedback and any complaintsB. MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:A degree in Architecture Discipline with Minimum 15+ years in Architectural Department of an Engineering consultancy organization specializing in Process Plant projects in Food or Pharmaceuticals and Site master planning of such projects. Candidate should possess knowledge in carrying out basic and detailed engineering work. The experience can be from any Pharmaceutical/ Biotech/Food projects. Candidate should have knowledge of following:- Design Process plants and support building blocks with inputs from Process Engineering, Process Mechanical, Civil & Structural and other Engineering disciplines and fulfilling client stated requirements.- Be able to provide solutions with very little inputs from clients.- Have working knowledge with Standards such as NBC, IBC, cGMP requirements.- Compulsory user knowledge of Software such as Autodesk AutoCAD, Microsoft Office.- Preferred user knowledge of additional Software tools such as Autodesk Revit, Bentley Microstation, Sketch up, Adobe Photoshop- Be open to get training on in house tools and proprietary software and tools and utilize for efficient work flow in organization.- Reviewing all aspects of design and construction for consistency and safety.C. MEASUREMENT AND PERFORMANCEThrough regular contact with discipline and project personnel and by regular review of the project status reports, ensure up to date and reliable statistical information on project performance.Improve the productivity by means of reduction of rework and errors.D. RESPONSIBILITIESReview technical requirements of clientxe2x80x99s specifications and ensure that agreement is reached on the basis of design. Participate in discussions with the client, as necessary.Monitor that work and progress are in compliance with the project requirements and schedule.Maintain contact with other disciplines/groups to ensure:a) Project Manager and/or Engineer are aware of problems of progress delays.b) Proper interchange of information.c) Proper interchange of documentsInterface is correctly defined.:A.
