Description Role Title: Mainframe Modernization specialist on Azure or AWS Cloud Preferred Location - Pune, Noida, Mumbai Grade - 6A / 6B + Preferred to have a US B1 Visa : . Responsible for providing leadership and direction in the planning and execution of the Mainframe to Azure/AWS . . Should be knowledgeable on Mainframe as well as Azure/AWS Cloud technologies . . Should be hands-on in performing analysis, drive decisions, presenting the analysis results, planning the Azure consumption, building target Azure architecture, etc., Primary Responsibilities: . Worked on Mainframe migration to Azure /AWS projects (Must). . Deliver Azure / AWS cloud architecture solutions to successfully meet the strategic needs of the company and assist in modernizing efforts by planning. . Build Azure/AWS cloud solutions with related IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS . . Experienced in having conversations, discussions and connect with cross functional teams, customers, and other stakeholders. . Experienced in defining and executing end to end Mainframe Modernization roadmap and journey, using best of the breed solutions, tools and platforms . Offer guidance in Mainframe application migration from the on-prem data center to Azure/AWS Cloud with related Azure/AWS cloud services. . Translate Mainframe application business requirements and use cases into architectural capabilities verified to meet the requirements . . Design solution-independent architecture models that map business services to cloud application stacks. . Continuously manage, monitor, and update architecture models as business needs evolve and additional cloud services become available. . Assist product owners, solution architects, and application architects in designing scalable, highly available, secure, cost-effective solutions that leverage cloud services. . Define and document cloud solution architecture(s) including technical designs and diagrams. . Expert level in Infrastructure & Application architecting in Azure/AWS Cloud including IaaS, PaaS and SaaS. . Has strong experience in migration from Mainframe to Azure/AWS Cloud with related cloud services. . Expert in Azure/AWS cloud cost model and services. . Coordinate and help the Development team in building the migration plans. . Coordinate and help the Development team in building the cost-benefit analysis document. . Responding to RFP & RFQ Secondary Responsibilities : . Program Management Required Qualification: . Total Experience should be more then 20+ years. . 5+ Yrs. of proven experience as an Azure/AWS Cloud Architect. . 3+ Yrs. of proven experience in Mainframe Migration projects.
