About WonderLab

WonderLab is a venture for children to experience science in a fun and involved manner. Our objective is to help children build a scientific approach that allows them to ask the right set of questions based on logic. We want to inculcate in them, a sense of wonder about how the world works. We dazzle them with mind-blowing experiments such as frozen flowers and giant bubbles leaving them amazed and wanting to learn more. We do this through various platforms by engaging with the parents, teachers, schools, and the kids themselves. Through our workshops and events, we give children and adults a chance to witness just how much fun science can be.

About the job

Selected candidate's day-to-day responsibilities include:

Anchoring

1. Leading/Anchoring our science shows at various events, and being an ideal face of the company at such events. Engaging a large audience, kids and adults alike, through mutual interactions and lively conversations.

2. Documenting do's and don't's for All Anchors

3. Helping train anchors on ground level in office

Classroom Content

1. Organize existing content by age groups

2. Create new content for given age groups (Nursery to Class7)

3. Create lesson plans for each class room

4. Teach in afterschool classrooms

Only those candidates can apply who:

1. Are available on full time basis

2. Are available for long-term, ideally a year or more.

5. Can work independently and responsibly towards their tasks and objectives.

6. Are able to work as a team member, and have a responsible and punctual approach.

7. Are able to travel for the events when required.

8. The selected candidate will represent the company at various events and is expected to be socially comfortable, well-natured, safety oriented, and holding on to the best social etiquette.

9. Science background preferred

10. Good photography, editing and video editing skills is a plus.
