•ABOUT THE ROLE & TEAM: •


Operates as a member of the portfolio DevOps team and through SITA, an Agile Organizational Model. Works in partnership with members of Product Management and Product Engineering to deliver new product & services to SITA customers and as such supports the portfolio for revenue commercial success and profit growth. Assures new products and services will be ready to be supported by the relevant SITA support teams at the time of being brought to the market. Supports the service improvement strategy of existing and new products & services within the portfolio through DevOps practices and by removing the boundaries across the functional groups and applying best practices methodologies tools and processes ensuring operational efficiencies can be achieved while operational commitments will be met.

•W HAT YOU WILL DO: •

• Responsible for the end-to-end Service and Operations solution for all SITA products in the assigned portfolio.
• Ensures that non-functional and operational requirements such as performance security and operational readiness are designed and built into the products of the assigned portfolio by maximizing and leveraging from existing capabilities within SGS reducing overall Total Cost of Ownership.
• Ensures timely transition of the responsibilities to the relevant support groups by maintaining relationships and closely interlock with GOPS & SGS GEOs.
• Drives innovation and service improvements for the existing products in the assigned portfolio at strategic and operational level.
• Responsible of maintaining CICD pipeline Release Deployment control present DevOps in product CAB.
• Improves operational quality results by studying evaluating and recommending process re-design implementing changes.
• Support Service Incubations and customer integrations.
• As a part of the DevOps team actively participate and promote the adopted agile ways of working across the organization.


Qualifications:
•EXPERIENCE: •

• Proven experience in an established DevOps and Agile Operations environment and within an enterprise operations team.
• Highly competent at working at senior levels within an IT services provider or in the IT division of a large international matrix organization working with (internal) customers at multiple levels.
• Must be able to demonstrate strong experience in acting in high-performing and self-managing teams of professionals to deliver high value in terms of efficiencies and quality services.
• Familiarity and comfort with tools used in a continuous integration and continuous deployment pipeline is critical as well as all the Toolset implemented and use by the relevant support teams.
• Experience problem solving issues on globally distributed systems and critical product service environments.
• Knowledge of Service Design / Architecture roles including Networks Application integration and Management Databases Data Centre and Cloud Services.
• Practical experience in business process design techniques that encourage a critical fresh look at key processes and focus on optimizing organizational performance.
• Evidence of leading or actively supporting transition of Services during delivery and operational handover to customers and internal groups.
• Certified Az-104 Azure Administrator is required.
• Experienced with developing and maintaining through Terraform, Ansible, Helm. Etc. with hands on experience with Kubernates and Docker.

•NICE-TO-HAVE: •

• Foundation level on Agile and DevOps methodologies required.
• ITIL Service Operations, Service Design and Service Transition Intermediary Level Required or Expert Level desirable.
• AZ-400 MS Azure DevOps Engineer is an asset.
