• Lead in producing the routine regulatory returns to a high quality norms and within defined timelines
• Co-ordinating and responding to ad-hoc queries from the regulator and or members of the Regulatory team
• Building awareness about the current Colt Business and leading in improving the processes in reporting
• Leading in migrating new reports and market reviews
• Non routine work to include efficiency identification, methodology / logic improvements and other relevant matters
• Routine housekeeping deliverables to include management of central email account, management of regulatory reporting data store, inventory, Resourcing schedules, trackers and other relevant material including Litigation tracker.

What will you do1. Routine Regulatory Reporting
Leading in preparing and submiting the routine regulatory reporting as set out in resourcing schedule to high quality and on time and own the reports by providing commentaries explaining variations of spikes and lows to the SPOCxe2x80x99s / manager / Regulator. .
Taking ownership to obtain confirmation of submitted report to the regulator and keep the tracker ready for audit purposes.
Co-ordinating and responding to queries raised by relevant regulatory specialist and / or regulatory authority by providing further evidential and meaningful information in support of such requests.
Taking initiative to update the Resourcing schedule.2. Responding to Ad-hoc queries and Market reviews
Co-ordinating and responding to ad-hoc queries raised by relevant regulatory specialist and / or regulatory authority and providing evidential information in support of such requests in a timely manner.
Handling Market reviews, which helps regulator to assess the market conditions, market competitiveness etc.3. Building awareness about the current Colt Business and leading in improving the processes in reporting
Revisit the reports depending on the evolution of Colt business and providing solutions to the SPOCxe2x80x99s.
Identifying inconsistencies and also advising on the right source / elements to be reported.
To review legacy methods used in reporting and to suggest more logical solutions to the SPOCxe2x80x99s and agree on way forward4. Migrate new Regulatory Reporting
Transitioning new reports in support of Colt expansion:
Initiative to Obtain the template (English version)
Leading in working with the regulatory specialist to identify applicable questions
Identify potential data sources and logics of the requirement and Prototype report and refine as required
Leading in preparing the working instructions and co-ordinate and Updating resourcing schedule, inventory and local dependencies tools5. Contributing to the overall development of the Regulatory team as well as self.What are we looking for

• 6-8 years post-qualification experience as a data expert, tools and systems used for reporting (like Business Objects,SAP, Inventory systems, Kenan), excel knowledge xe2x80x93 Pivots, formulas (vlook up, xlook up, Sum if, If conditions etc)
• Good in analysing the numbers and providing meaningful insights to the SPOCxe2x80x99s / Regulatory authorities.
• Very good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to liaise with the SPOCxe2x80x99s across various European and Asian countries.
• Be open to self-learning and take initiatives in understanding Colt and its business xe2x80x93 products, technology etc
• Requires degree in finance or commerce (preferably post-graduate).
• Fully Fluent in English.
• Basic knowledge of the telecommunication sector.
• Proactive, positive, logical, Team worker and openness to learn new matters.
