The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of project management methodologies, financial services (ideally with a focus on private banking incl. regulatory topics such as suitability), legal and cross-border topics and the ability to act and adapt to a fast-changing environment with a high level of ownership and dedication to delivery.Responsibilities:

• Lead small projects and/or support the project manager (with development potential to take on leadership roles on bigger projects) in delivering projects in time, budget, and quality (\xe2\x80\x9cget things done\xe2\x80\x9d mentality)
• Be responsible for Wealth Planning Cross-Border Framework coordination, closely collaborate with outsourcing partners and various internal stakeholders.
• Project Management office tasks: project planning, stakeholder management, scope, resource & risk management, reporting, minuting, and documenting incl. quality assurance (for senior management and auditors).
• Senior Management presentations: develop a compelling presentation towards senior management e.g., summarize project objectives, report progress, visualise challenges and outcomes.
• Deeply understand the needs of the clients \xe2\x80\x93 being Individual or Intermediaries clients \xe2\x80\x93 and their advisors and ensure that the most suitable wealth planning offerings are available to them and support their needs.
• Together with other colleagues support Account Segregation offerings (including UK RND, Usufruct related offerings, etc.,) maintenance and development (including fee related tasks)
• For certain projects, have a fast-learning ability allowing to become a subject matter expert (incl. data analysis) for the purpose of the project, with the aim to pass on the knowledge once the project is ended.

• Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree or equivalent in Law, Finance or Economics.
• 5-7+ years of experience in project management in the financial industry (preferably demonstrated experience in relevant field private banking e.g., regulatory topics, data handling, cross-border)
• Proficiency and previous exposure to legal/regulatory projects and understanding of frameworks in this respect.
• Understanding or experience of Private Banking (e.g., regulatory complexity, strong client focus etc.) is a plus.
• Experience working in a virtual team setup and willingness to be available during Swiss working hours on occasion.
• Work experience in international environment.
• Good knowledge and understanding of the Wealth Planning business and Private Banking in general, additional knowledge of account segregation in relation to UK RND, Usufruct or similar offerings would be an advantage.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications with focus on PowerPoint and Excel. Powerpoint proficiency is absolutely key
• Fluent in English; other languages (e.g., German) a plus.
• Excellent analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills.
• Good communication/coordination skills to deal with different levels of stakeholders.
