• As a Managed Service DUCO Admin, you will work with , different internal groups to help the Users Onboard Position recons on to the DUCO application.
• Gather critical requirements from the Users and set the recons within allocated timeframe.
• Critical SLA of ticket closing should be met with in the TAT.
• You will form partnerships with our client\xe2\x80\x99s oversight & control groups, trading desks and client services to ensure our contractual commitments are executed and completed in adherence to our Standard Operating Procedures, Risk & Control Framework and Service Level Agreements.
• You will be challenged to help continuously improve the day-to-day services provided, the control environment and the overall client experience. We strongly encourage and support a \'we challenge\' mindset.

What you bring:Knowledge / Experience

• Should carry 5- 8 years of experience in financial services, preferably Syndicate loan operations. (CDO/CLO), Good understanding of SQL and DUCO application will be added benefit

Skills

• Strong understanding of Capital markets, Reconciliation (Assets, Cash), Portfolio Accounting, Security Setup\xe2\x80\x99s.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
