Lead Analyst - Global Finance OperationsHow is this team contributing to vision of Providence?The Financial Reporting Analyst in HR Shared Services plays a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting related to human resources expenses and activities. This position involves data analysis, report generation, and collaboration with various HR and finance stakeholders to support decision-making processes.What will you be responsible for?

  • Work closely with the Shared Services team to perform and ensure accurate recording, consolidation, and reporting of General Ledger
  • Perform Balance Sheet reconciliations covering cash accounts, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, Other Accrued Liabilities etc.
  • Review month-close activities and processes and work with the Shared Services team to have strong controls in place.
  • Review monthly financial statements of various Providence entities to ensure the numbers are materially accurate.
  • Must be able to build strong and enduring relationships across levels in the organization and facilitate collaborations, transparent communications, and alignment between diverse constituents.

Who are we looking for?
  • CA / CPA / MBA / M.com with 5-8+ years of experience in accounting
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to manage and analyze large amounts of data in Excel.
  • Experience in working with global stakeholders.
