The Role - We are looking for an Executive Search professional who would play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting and securing top executive talent for our organization. You would leverage your expertise in recruitment and industry knowledge, wherein, you will collaborate with our internal stake holders to understand their specific executive hiring needs and deliver tailored solutions that meet their strategic objectives.


Key Responsibilities -

o Executive Search Strategy: Develop comprehensive search strategies to identify and attract top executive talent through various channels, including direct sourcing, networking, referrals, and online platforms.

o Candidate Assessment: Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including resume screening, competency-based interviews, and reference checks, to evaluate suitability for executive roles

o Market Mapping: Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor insights to provide valuable market intelligence and advisory services to stakeholders

o Project Management: Manage end-to-end search assignments, including project planning, timeline management, candidate tracking, and reporting to ensure timely delivery


Who are we looking for?
• Excellent communication skills with an ability to network and engage with candidates
• 6-8years of experience in executive search, recruitment with a proven track record of success in identifying senior level executives
• Strong understanding of the technology landscape, industry dynamics, and executive talent market trends
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with stakeholders and candidates
• Strategic mindset with the ability to think critically, solve complex problems, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelors/ Master's degree in any discipline
