Empower Yourself.The Lead Business Analyst EPW will have responsibility for leading requirement gathering sessions with stakeholders to identify business needs and objectives, ensuring thorough understanding and documentation of requirements.Essential Functions:

  • Utilize strong logical thinking skills to analyze current business processes and identify hidden opportunities for improvement.
  • Serve as a liaison between various departments, ensuring clear and effective communication of requirements, project updates, and expectations.
  • Work within Agile and Waterfall Software Development Life Cycles (SDLCs) to manage project phases and deliverables.
  • Prepare and maintain key project documentation, including Process Definition Document (PDD) and Business Requirements Documents (BRD), ensuring all documents are accurate and up to date.
  • Employ tools like Jira and MS Visio to track project progress, create process flows, and manage requirements.
  • Provide regular status updates on all projects, highlighting key achievements, risks, and next steps.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, keeping them informed of project progress, and addressing any concerns promptly.
  • Conduct meetings, take detailed minutes, and follow up on action items with stakeholders and developers to ensure timely completion.
  • Ensure that all project documentation is saved and organized correctly, maintaining a centralized and accessible repository.
  • Verify that developers have saved their projects in the appropriate folders, maintaining the integrity and organization of project documentation.
  • Analyze data to generate insights that support decision-making and recommend process improvements.
  • Identify potential risks in the project lifecycle and proactively develop mitigation strategies.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations through regular communication and feedback loops, ensuring alignment with project goals.
  • Collaborate with teams to validate that requirements are correctly implemented, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
  • Provide training and support to end-users or team members regarding new processes or system implementations.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Bachelorxe2x80x99s degree in business administration, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.
  • Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) or Project Management (e.g., PMP) is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Jira, MS Visio, and MS Office Suite.
  • Minimum 5-8 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in BFSI, or related industries.
  • Proven track record of gathering and documenting business requirements, creating PDD and BRD documents.
  • Experience working closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated experience with data analysis, reporting, and process optimization.
  • Familiarity with project management practices and risk management.
  • Experience in coordinating meetings, managing action items, and ensuring documentation accuracy.
Skill Sets:
  • Ability to analyze data and business processes to identify insights.
  • Familiarity with SDLC, Jira, MS Visio, SQL, and data visualization tools.
  • Strong verbal and written communication for clear documentation and stakeholder interaction.
  • Collaboration, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Expertise in creating BRD, SRS, and maintaining organized project documentation.
  • Understanding task prioritization, risk management, and use of project tracking tools.
  • High accuracy in documenting and analyzing data.
  • Understanding of business processes and strategic alignment.
  • Critical and creative thinking to solve business problems.
  • Managing stakeholder expectations and conducting meetings.
  • Ability to work in dynamic environments and manage multiple projects.
  • Skilled in data analysis, visualization, and reporting.
  • Creating clear documentation for technical and non-technical users.
