The company has a presence in New York, San Francisco, Austin, Seattle, Toronto, London, Zurich, Pune, Bengaluru, and Hyderabad and growing consistently for the last few years.Purpose : We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Analyst who can engage the stakeholders in a consultative manner with expertise in visualization, SQL, and data analysis. As a Senior Analyst, you will play a crucial role in understanding stakeholders\' business needs and utilizing data into actionable insights, driving data-informed decision-making across the organization. Your responsibilities will include designing and developing visually appealing dashboards and reports using Power BI or similar tools, analyzing large datasets, and providing valuable insights to various stakeholders.Responsibilities:

• Proficient in Financial Analytics, with a strong understanding of KPIs such as revenue, margins, and cash flow. Familiar with AP/AR Analytics and key metrics like DSO, DPO, and cash conversion cycle.
• Good to have experience with dbt or other semantic layer to streamline data transformation and ensure consistency across reports and analytics.
• Manage stakeholders, understand their business needs/requirements and recommend solutions
• Develop and maintain visually compelling dashboards and reports using Power BI or similar visualization tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide customized solutions.
• Perform data analysis on large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
• Conduct thorough data quality checks, ensuring accuracy and reliability of the analysis.
• Create and present data-driven reports, summaries, and presentations to stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
• Collaborate with data engineers to ensure efficient data collection, transformation, and storage.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in data visualization, SQL, and data analysis techniques.
• Mentor and guide junior analysts, providing support and expertise in visualization and data analysis.
• Assist in developing and implementing data governance policies and procedures.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve data visualization techniques and reporting processes.
