The purpose of this role is to lead and manage customer analysis deep dives, execute the strategies outlined by senior leadership, and manage the day-to-day communication with clients.:Role Purpose - The Lead Analyst, Media Analytics will use in-depth knowledge in quantitative database marketing and an understanding of the business process to help conduct data and analytical analyses to support the client\'s marketing and promotional activities.We are looking for someone with a broad knowledge of techniques and tactics and judge them critically for potential use in client deliverables. You will work in collaboration with internal and client teams on data acquisition, analysis, and presentation of results. You will be a resource within an area of expertise and provide guidance to more junior team members; may lead small teams on a project basis.As the Lead Analyst, responsibilities include (but not limited to):Data analysis and miningReport and deck buildingCustomer profiling and segmentation analysisStatistical modelingAdditional daily activities may include:Establish through testing and experimentation the right statistical approach for a given client situationConduct ETL operations and coordinate with stakeholders, agencies, and our teams on ETL.Helping present ideas and findings to future and existing stakeholders.You will evaluate and improve internal tools and processesYou will develop reports and processes to manage data quality control.You will interpret, visualize, and support client teams to deliver insights on analytic results.You will anticipate project risk and constraints and proactively work on solutions to address the risk/constraints.Qualifications4+ years of experience in quantitative marketing arena, in database and/or digital (addressable) marketing, including strong understanding of relational database conceptsStrong in MS Office core suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) required with an ability to present engaging PowerPoint presentations.Working knowledge of database systemsProficiency with multiple analytics tools required; Python, R, SQLDatabricks, Snowflake, and cloud computing platforms experience a plus.Experience in dashboard (Tableau, Datorama) design, deployment, and client delivery preferred.Experience with applying statistical techniques such as regression, ANOVA, cluster analysis, factor analysis, time series forecasting, experimental and design, etc. to solve business problems.Ability to discover hidden insights or complex patterns through advanced multi-variate data mining techniques on un-structured business problems.Ability to translate analysis insights into actionable recommendations and strategies for marketers.Other: Bachelor\'s Degree (B.Tech/B.E) or equivalent in statistics, math, economics or related scientific/quantitative field plus several years\' experience in applied disciplines; Advanced degree (M.
