The purpose of this role is to lead and manage customer analysis deep dives, execute the strategies outlined by senior leadership, and manage the day-to-day communication with clients.Job Title: Lead Analyst:
\xe2\x97\x8f Evaluate business goals and objectives from multiple business teams and develop
tracking/tagging strategies to allow individuals and teams to measure success
\xe2\x97\x8f Consult directly with clients and/or their agencies on projects requiring web analytics
platform selection, implementation, platform remediation, and dashboard
development.
\xe2\x97\x8f Work with client development teams to install, configure & use web analytics
services such as Google Analytics, Adobe Marketing Cloud, WebTrends, and others
\xe2\x97\x8f Able to lead a team with site tag implementation, custom rules development and
leverage data layer elements for analysis through best-in class Tag Management
Solution platforms such as Google Tag Manager, Dynamic Tag Manager, Tealium,
Ensighten, Signal, and others.
\xe2\x97\x8f Serve as the primary lead on the development of implementation documentation for
client developers that details page code requirements and data layer details to
support stated business analysis needs.
\xe2\x97\x8f Perform quality assurance tests and apply best-in-class practices to determine the
validity of data flowing from implemented tags on client\xe2\x80\x99s analytics implementation
\xe2\x97\x8f Assist with tracking and improving the results of clients marketing campaigns
\xe2\x97\x8f Build, update and deliver weekly and monthly reports, scorecards, dashboards, and
key performance reports using Excel and BI tools
\xe2\x97\x8f Build automated Dashboards and Scorecards for various business stakeholders
\xe2\x97\x8f Provide best practices consulting services to clients in solving their Web analytics
platform strategy and technical needs.\xe2\x97\x8f Manage the building, reporting and analysis of A/B and multivariate tests
\xe2\x97\x8f Partner with multiple business units within the client\xe2\x80\x99s organization as well as outside
the company to ensure that best practices in metrics and decision making are being
exposed to the client management and core website decision makers.
\xe2\x97\x8f Conduct platform training and knowledge sharing in web analytics for clients and the
project team
\xe2\x97\x8f Serve as primary technical lead to client developers, be able to lead client
discussions and ensure alignment on project with both the client team and internally.Minimum Qualifications
\xe2\x97\x8f Bachelor degree or equivalent
\xe2\x97\x8f Google Analytics Individual Qualification OR Adobe Certified Expert :Implementation
\xe2\x97\x8f Minimum 2 years on-the-job experience implementing web analytics tools such as
Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or WebTrends.
\xe2\x97\x8f Minimum 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience with web development
\xe2\x97\x8f Strong understanding of HTML and web protocols
\xe2\x97\x8f Advanced JavaScript skills
\xe2\x97\x8f Experience with at least one Tag Management Solution such as Google Tag
Manger, Adobe Dynamic Tag Manager, Ensighten, Signal, Tealium or TagMan
\xe2\x97\x8f Comfortable presenting findings and providing training on analytics tool usage
\xe2\x97\x8f Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
\xe2\x97\x8f Proficient with tag auditing tools such as Fiddler, Charles, ObservePoint, WASP
\xe2\x97\x8f Experience with dashboard platforms such as Klipfolio, Tableau, Domo
\xe2\x97\x8f Experience with iOS and Android SDKs for mobile platform analytics deploymentPreferred Qualifications
\xe2\x97\x8f Experience with iOS and Android app development
\xe2\x97\x8f Experience using Google or Adobe API\xe2\x80\x99s to insert and extract data
\xe2\x97\x8f Experience with SQL-based queries (PHP, MySQL or other), flat-file handling
through programmatic code, and ETL tools
