What you\'ll do on a typical day: Work with Human Resources and Security Operations business process owners and relevant Human Resources and Security Operations stakeholders to translate business requirements to technology solutions related to Time and Attendance, physical security access, and document management Systems Work with Human Resources and Security Operations business process owners and relevant management stakeholders to support and optimize technology solutions related to Time and Attendance and physical security access, and document management systems Partners with relevant Security Operations and HR process owners to prioritize and implement enhancements Develops process flow charts as required to support use case/business requirements understanding Maintains system documentation such as system diagrams, integrations, critical, reports. Interacts and attends key meetings that support business partners Works strategically with business partners on identifying and researching technology solutions to improve operations of the business Maintains transparent visibility of requirements, issues, direction, decisions, etc., establishing themselves as a trusted advisor to the business What you need to succeed at GXO: At a minimum, you\'ll need: Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering, Business Analysis, Business Administration or related field of study or equivalent related work or military experience 5 years of IT industry work experience including Microsoft Office, time and attendance, document management and physical security systems, research solution design, and deployment using Kronos, IDMS, AuroraKeyScan and OnBase applications and/or other major time and attendance, physical security and document management systems Fair Technical knowledge around SQL, PL/SQL, XML for basic troubleshooting Proven problem-solving techniques and troubleshooting skills It\'d be great if you also have: Ability to write and execute SQL queries to help with Analysis Candidate must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Ability to exercise independent and autonomous judgment when dealing with competing priorities and initiatives, while keeping management well-informed of issues, progress, status, and resolution Solid time and project management skills with the capacity to multitask and prioritize workloads
