Colt provides network, voice and data centre services to thousands of businesses around the world, allowing them to focus on delivering their business goals instead of the underlying infrastructure.Short DescriptionJob ID: 34604Location: GurgaonFunction: FinanceJob SummaryAs a finance analyst you will provide accurate and data-based information on company\xe2\x80\x99s profitability, solvency, stability and liquidity to help the company make well informed decisions, write reports and monitor financial movements.Typical roles and responsibilities include:

• Performing financial accounting, analysis and reporting

• Ensures accurate accounting in compliance with group policies and carries out monthly, quarterly and annual closing activities including sub-ledger closing

• Preparation of manual journal postings, finalisation of PandL, BS and reconciliations, Variance analysis and commentaries

• Consolidating financial data (for example budgets, income statement forecasts etc) and analysing against Colt\xe2\x80\x99s financial goals to identify pain points and opportunities

• Providing recommendations to reduce costs and improve financial performance, in line with strategic objectives

• Assembling and summarising data, providing reporting on Colt\xe2\x80\x99s financial status and existing / potential risks

• Developing financial models and conduct benchmarking, reporting on any performance changes over time

• Conduct process analysis, working with senior colleagues to drive continuous improvement
