The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing state-of-the-art audio amplifiers. This role requires a deep understanding of analog circuit design, expertise in audio amplifier design, and the ability to drive projects from concept to production.What can you expect to learn in this role? (Opportunity)\xc2\xb7 To work with the best experts in the industry for Audio CLASSD Amplifier with High-Voltage designs, precise current sensing .\xc2\xb7 To develop capability to work effectively in a technically challenging fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.\xc2\xb7 To manage and lead product, develop circuits and verification methodologies and influence decisions that have wide business impact across many products & teams.\xc2\xb7 To work on cutting edge analog & power semiconductor processes\xc2\xb7 To interact with wafer fabrication, assembly & test facilities.\xc2\xb7 To learn product development process, Qualification and Manufacturing flows.\xc2\xb7 To directly influence the features, differentiation & cost entitlement of the product at release to market. To present analysis and conclusions to internal customers and business leaders in a comprehensive and effective manner.\xc2\xb7 To learn and develop business insights, drive open discussions with business & technology leaders and drive decisions impacting product & technology execution\xc2\xb7 To build strong, influential relationships with domain experts\xc2\xb7 To develop good communication, interpersonal skills while interacting with worldwide cross functional experts\xc2\xb7 To learn identifying risks across domains and adapt to support changing priorities\xc2\xb7 To manage and mentor design engineers/interns and grow their career.Key Responsibilities:1. Design and Development:- Lead the design and development of high-performance analog circuits for audio amplification.- Ensure designs meet specified performance, quality, and reliability standards.- Conduct design reviews and provide technical guidance to team members.2. Innovation and Continuous Improvement:- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in analog design and audio technology.- Encourage innovation and the adoption of new technologies within the team.- Continuously improve design processes and methodologies.3. Collaboration and Communication:- Work closely with other engineering teams to integrate analog designs into larger systems.- Communicate project status, challenges, and solutions to senior management and stakeholders.- Interface with customers and partners as needed to understand requirements and provide technical support.Required Qualifications:\xc2\xb7 Bachelor\'s or master\'s degree in electrical engineering or a related field.\xc2\xb7 5+ years of experience in Analog circuit design, with a focus on audio amplifiers (Signal Chain)\xc2\xb7 Strong knowledge of Analog design principles, including low-noise, low-distortion, and high-efficiency circuits.\xc2\xb7 Proficiency with EDA tools for schematic capture, simulation, and PCB layout.\xc2\xb7 Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.\xc2\xb7 Strong communication and interpersonal skills.\xc2\xb7 Experience in leading full chip activity like circuit block spec definition, top-level simulations, design verification and design for test.\xc2\xb7 Good grasp of basic digital design fundamentals, Understanding of DV flows & tools.\xc2\xb7 Good mentoring, communication, presentation skills and teamwork.Minimum requirements:Bachelor\'s or master\'s degree in electrical engineering or a related field.5+ years of experience in Analog circuit design, with a focus on audio amplifiers (Signal Chain)Preferred qualifications:
