:Key Result AreasSupporting ActionsMaximum liquidation of stock

  • Motivation of the Store/Outlet teams to ensure deliverables of business expectation
  • Ensure same customer comes back to buy and recruit new customers is a challenge in these stores.
Identification of new stores
  • Identify localities with good prospects
  • Make sure there are no retail stores nearby
  • Update the location with RBD
Maintaining brand standards
  • Make sure the new projects/stores are Brand compliant with Standard SOPs including airport retailing
Airport retailing
  • Expand airport stores and make them profitable and ensure SOPs and business outcomes are managed
Lines of business
  • Ensure we expand our business through our lines of business
  • Focus and develop digital business through the PRM Tool
  • To strengthen the other channels like corporate order, insider programme & catchment activations in key markets
Conducting training sessions
  • Ensure achievement of personal goal for all front-line sales employee which includes mainly dealing with Product knowledge, customer relationship etc.
Top Client Management (Prive)
  • Focus on top customer management through Prive Program (Online and offline)
  • New ways to improve engagement for Top customers through PRM Focus
New Initiatives
  • Find new strategic ways to drive revenues and Profitability
  • Find out Tie-ups and collaborations
