• Must Have: Oracle EBS apps/core DBA, Oralce EBS 12.1.3/12.2.x, Oracle Database 19c, RAC, Exadata, Linux, Performance tuning and Production support. And if the candidates have any of the additional skills (Oracle Enterprise Manager, Fusion Middleware, SOA, OBIEE), they are preferable
• Should be 6-8 years of experience and proficient in installation, configuration & administration of Oracle E-business Suite R12.1.3 and Oracle E-business Suite R12.2.X
• Highly motivated and passionate Senior Oracle Apps DBA who has got experience in handling large and complex E-Business environments in 12.1/R12.2
• In-depth understanding of Advanced Architectures (Multi-Node, DMZ, RAC, ASM, Dataguard)
• Responsible for installation, upgrades, patching of E-Biz, Database and RAC
• Ability to drive performance issues in database and application stack and complex architecture issues
• Responsible for installing, configuring and administering R12 E-Business Suite and Oracle RAC on Exadata
• Experience in supporting EBS environments on Exadata
• Strong Database backup and recovery skills
• Must have experience setting up Oracle Dataguard and standby databases
• Responsible for setting up DR environment and supporting periodic DR drill
• Should be proficient in Oracle Enterprise Manager 12c/13c installation, configuration & administration
• Good scripting skills to automate regular tasks
• Experience in installation, setup and troubleshooting of Middleware technologies like Weblogic, Tomcat
• Administration and Troubleshooting of integrated applications like OBIEE, Discoverer

• Lead and drive engagement initiatives for the team
• Track team satisfaction scores and identify initiatives to build engagement within the team
• Proactively challenge the team with larger and enriching projects/ initiatives for the organization or team
