Your future starts now.Candidate would be responsible for the maintenance of the GWG recordkeeping application which includes taking care of the daily business as usual, handle user queries, route issues to the correct team when the right destination is unknown, handle the requests related to File transfer systems. The candidate must be willing to work during the US business hours for a sustained period.
This position requires the candidate to be very proactive and versatile. Also requires the Lead analysts to, constantly look out for opportunities to make the environment better each day apart from handling the daily responsibilities.Supervise and lead operation team \xe2\x80\x93 provide guidance, coaching and support to team members.Foster effective communication and collaboration across teams and stake holders to facilitate seamless coordination and alignment.Proven experience in operations on various operating systems such as Linux, Unix, and windows.Develop and cultivate robust business relationships with partners, focusing on process maturity.Provide recommendations on functional and technical improvements.Good understanding of ITIL concepts and Service Management.Responsible for administering the MoveIT Transfer and MoveIT Automation File Transfer solutions from Progress.Meet with project and development staff to gather and document the requirements within the scope of MoveIT.Able to Design and administer solutions that implement PGP encryption as part of the MoveIT Automation file transfer.Serving as a subject matter expert for MoveIT Transfer and MoveIT Automation File TransferDocument standards and best practicesMeet application SLAs and KPIs.Technology,Windows OS(underlying service, domain, Active Directory, Security/SSL)Moveit Automation, FTP, SFTP,PGP file encryption, SSH connectivity, custom scriptsWorked with various operating systems such as Linux, UNIX, and windows.Worked ticketing tools like SNOW.AutosysCloud hosting technologies like AWSKnowledge Management tools like ConfluenceWe are an equal opportunity employer with a commitment to diversity.
