Key Responsibilities:

Act as the financial controller for 8 entities located in UAE, Thailand, KSA, Bahrain, and any new geographies or entities.
Possess a strong understanding of the EPC business and PCM method of accounting.
Utilize SAP for day-to-day accounting tasks and resolve routine issues.
Ensure timely closing of monthly, quarterly, and annual books and complete audits within 30 days.
Coordinate with statutory auditors to address key audit issues.
Implement internal controls in compliance with laws and regulations.
Conduct timely internal and SOX audits along with due diligence.
Develop and implement monthly business MIS reports.
Implement business cash flow management and forecasting.
Deploy funds as per the Board-approved plan.
Act as an advisor and resolve queries from the CEO and leadership team of the international business.
Prepare and provide various data points for decision-making.
Implement corporate tax regulations in UAE and KSA.
Handle any other activities related to accounts, taxation, and finance as required by management.
Collaborate closely with the project finance team to plan debt and ensure timely installment and interest payments.
Serve as the single point of contact (SPOC) for any accounting or finance data required within the company or group.
