The Role Title : Lead Accounts Receivable Your Role and Responsibilities : Responsible to perform accounts receivable collections as well as handling of bankruptcy and litigation activities. Supports the Accounts Receivable (A/R) process, taking ownership of A/R problem resolution, collecting open receivables, accurately handling processing/transaction requirements, applying effective research techniques, and promoting Customer satisfaction and sales productivity. Executes defined A/R processes, in line with business controls and business objectives. Handles the collection, maintaining the current information detailing Customer contact points, addresses, etc and records all communications concerning invoice payments, dispute management, identification/ resolution of disputes, and use of collected data to update. Customer information on payment trends, specific or long-running issues. Who You Are Required Professional and Technical Expertise : Candidate should have minimum 6+ years of experience. 2+ years of relevant experience in Account Receivables. Good Communication Skills, Deep knowledge on MS office, Excel, Power point etc. Understanding of GST Tax, Treasury and Finance Functions, Ready to visit customer to have F2F interactions on regular basis. Capable of Managing workload Pressure and Problem-Solving nature. Fluence in English and other Local language. Bachelor\'s degree. Communication Skills, Letter Writing, Presentation, Problem Solving, Excel expertise, Understanding of Tax and Finance Functions their process. A high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Handled workload management skills and an ability to work to deadlines. Demonstrate experience managing multiple priorities and balancing competing priorities. Ambitious individual who can work under their own direction towards agreed targets/goals and with creative approach to work. Intuitive individual with an ability to manage change and proven time management. Proven interpersonal skills while contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed .
