: A corporate trainer who has a broad experience in training & successfully developing others. W be responsible for increasing productivity by teaching new skills and knowledge to our employees by designing and delivering trainings virtually & face-to-face, lectures, and team exercises to update employees on company goals and procedures. Responsibilities of the role includes:


• Liaising with managers to determine training needs and schedule training sessions.
• Significant experience with effective learning and development methods.
• Pivotal knowledge and experience in L&D practices, including instructional design and use of digital solutions.
• Create, Design and deliver traditional/e-learning courses, workshops and other trainings.
• Conduct workshops & individual training sessions etc.
• Analyse the effectiveness of training and workshops to the employees and develop appropriate modification if needed.
• Collaborate with the management team to identify Adhoc training needs and schedule appropriate training sessions for their team members.
• Facilitate EQI Induction end to end acting as a backup liaising with all the key stakeholder, scheduling the induction, blocking the participants calendar and closely keeping track of the participants attendance and feedback.
• Coordinate with different communities of learning across different business units to build and improve social/peer learning culture.
• Conduct and keep the communities alive and ensure all communities have at least 1 knowledge sharing session is being conducted in a month.
• Measure employee's information retention rates by issuing assessment tests and quizzes on course materials.
• Acts as an SME in LMS in terms of Query Management, Admin activities, course mapping, completion reports management.

Skill Requirements:

• Phenomenal in both written & spoken communication, presentation and public speaking skills.
• Ability to review and compare data to identify inconsistencies and determine priorities; ability to conduct extensive research.
• Relationship Building with the stake holders.
• Proven experience as corporate trainer is an asset.
• Willingness to keep abreast of new techniques in corporate teaching.
• Proficient in MS Office & on any LMS software is an asset.
• Proficient with Instructional Design and Impact Assessments.
