Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced L&D B2B Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of consultative sales in the L&D industry, and be able to provide consultative L&D solutions to selected organizations as well as nurture current business accounts. As the L&D B2B Sales Manager, you will interact with CEO\'s, CHRO\'s/HR heads, and the leadership team of organizations to understand their issues and concerns, and recommend the most suitable training solutions to them. Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage a portfolio of B2B clients by reaching out to CXO, HR Heads, and L&D Heads.
  • Understand clients\' upskilling and reskilling needs through a consulting approach and create a plan in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
  • Prepare competitive proposals and take end-to-end ownership of the sales cycle from lead generation to client success.
  • Continuously gather feedback on how to improve content and services to meet clients\' needs.
  • Build and grow long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with clients - key account management
Requirements:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in business or related field; MBA preferred
  • 2-5 years of B2B sales experience in the L&D industry, HR Tech, or HR Sales
  • Strong business acumen and persuasive communication skills
  • Basic HR understanding and experience with people issues and how people contribute to business
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret data to drive results
  • Versatility - ability to absorb, embrace and implement new products and strategies
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to network and build relationships
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to prioritize effectively
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
