- Driving Digital Learning
- Co-ordinating and liasoning with HO & Stakeholders
- Ready for Role Certifications
- Executing need based Functional & Behavioral interventions for stores in the region
- NHQ driven training certifications
- Store Visit Completion % (Measured basis the Number of stores visited viz-a-viz Scope of stores decided)
- Maintaining high Delivery standards, Excellent Platform skills and ensuring readiness as per Trainer notes
