Job Description

A Learning and Development (L&D) Executive's role is to help employees improve their skills and knowledge. They are responsible for:

• Developing leadership solutions Working with other executives to identify and support leadership development solutions that align with organizational growth strategies
• Planning and executing training programs Designing and implementing training programs that meet the organization's objectives and employees' development needs
• Evaluating training programs Assessing the success of training programs and making improvements to the learning system
• Staying current Keeping up with industry trends and new ideas to deliver better services

L&D Executives often have a bachelor's degree in human resources, education, or a related field. They also need strong communication and project management skills, as well as the ability to work well in a team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
