May be responsible for making necessary changes to processes or standards in operational plans in order to establish distribution channel management strategies.Role Responsibilities:

• Lead after market revenue business, service deliveries, project execution and monitoring for Pune and ROM region.
• Identify Growth opportunities for business.
• Comprehensive data management and MIS working.
• Establish and build professional relationship with customers and channel partners.
• To support and lead the team members in achieving their KRA\'s

Role Purpose:

• Will cater to Pune and Upcountry locations of ROM.
• Will lead an team of 04 members with high experience and expertise.
• Will be part of a fast growing and one of the top contribution region.
• Products covered will be Light Commercial, VRF and RAC.

Minimum Requirements:

• Minimum qualification of Bachelor in Engineering.
• Experience of 5 ~ 10 years preferred.
