Exp: 2 - 4 Years Location Chennai , Bangalore Notice: Immediate - 30 Days Primary Skillset F5 administration for load balancing Shell scripting experience Technical understanding of Citrix, System Center suite, proxy servers, CDN . Knowledge of various monitoring tools such as Nagios, SCOM, etc. . Experience using and working with APM tools such as dynaTrace, Gomez, AppDynamics, New Relic . Technical understanding of application and/or operating system virtualization Knowledge on API Management fundamentals Experience on CA API Gateway - formerly known as Layer7 Gateway Experience on Configuration, Migration, Patch Installation, User management Experience on Monitoring gateway, Troubleshooting performance issues Experience on Message Queue such as AMQP Hands on Web services, API\'s built on SOAP or REST, JSON, OAuth Should have excellent communication. He should work directly with US based customer. Should be a team player He should have to worked in 24/7 work environment. He should work in all 3 shifts (Morning, Noon and Night shifts) Need to have an exposure to Dyatrace and SCOM tool Navigate through MS SCOM and Dynatrace (APM) console to verify health and look at performance counters understand alerts and react to them Strong knowledge on Linux Fundamentals Manage monthly server patching activities Troubleshoot web tier issues, services and disk space Knowledge on API Management fundamentals Strong understanding of Web services, API\'s built on SOAP or REST, JSON, OAuth Experience on Active Directory-LDAP, RDBMS-MySQL Experience on Database tuning and performance monitoring. Hands on Application support and monitoring Experience on assessing and optimizing System Performance and Tuning Should have experience on Networking concepts, TCP/IP Protocols, Software/Hardware based routing, DHCP, DNS, Firewall, Proxy Servers, Load Balancers Experience on Virtualized environments such as VMware Raise incident tickets, update tickets and close out outages in ITSM tool Ensure security procedures, monitoring setup, and standards are followed through and executed. Reach out to various BTS Infrastructure teams to resolve issues quickly (network, DBA, Citrix, etc.) Execute the pre-peak period checklist, e.g. restart servers and services
