Lawyer (wind/ Renewable Energy)
Job Description
Reporting to: General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer Experience: 6-8 years of post-qualification experience, preferably in the renewable sector. Prior work experience of working with a reputed law firm will be an added advantage. Educational Qualification: Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s (minimum) or Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in law from a reputed law college, with minimum 65% in the qualifying examinations. Responsibilities: 1. Providing legal support to the various departments of the organisation, in their day-to-day functions internal to the organization as well as in their interaction with external vendors. 2. Drafting of, as well as negotiation assistance for, documents related to business and project development, construction and O&M activities of the organization, viz. supply contract, erection & commissioning contract, civil works contract, cooperation & coordination agreement, O&M contract, Balance of Plant contracts, etc. 3. Contract and claim management support. 4. Litigation/arbitration management. 5. Support in overseeing compliance within the organization, to ensure compliance with laws, regulatory requirements, policies and procedures. - New Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
