We are seeking a qualified and experienced Lawyer to join our team at MyScaai Bharat Construction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate law and will provide legal support and advice to ensure our operations comply with all relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents related to real estate transactions, construction projects, and corporate matters.

- Provide legal advice and support to management and project teams on a wide range of legal issues, including property acquisitions, leases, zoning, and land use.

- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws and regulations, and keep the company informed about any changes in legislation that may affect its operations.

- Represent the company in legal proceedings, including litigation, arbitration, and mediation, as necessary.

- Liaise with external legal counsel, regulatory bodies, and other relevant stakeholders.

- Conduct legal research and analysis to support decision-making and risk management.

- Develop and implement legal strategies to protect the company's interests and mitigate risks.

- Maintain accurate and organized legal records and documentation.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized university. A Master's degree in Law (LLM) is preferred.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate law, with a strong understanding of property laws, construction laws, and contract law.

- Proven track record of successfully managing legal aspects of real estate transactions and construction projects.

- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

- High ethical standards and integrity.
