Key Responsibilities \xef\x82\xb7 Assessing and preparing contracts, lease agreements, and closing documents . \xef\x82\xb7 Reviewing financing options, lending requirements, title affidavits, and bankruptcy claims . \xef\x82\xb7 Facilitating communication between property owners, landlords, clients, and lawyers. \xef\x82\xb7 Conducting research and distributing real estate documents. \xef\x82\xb7 Analyzing title documents and legal descriptions of property. \xef\x82\xb7 Documenting processes, as well as maintaining hard copy files and electronic records. \xef\x82\xb7 Answering client questions and escalating serious concerns. \xef\x82\xb7 Keeping clients informed of progress made with real estate applications. \xef\x82\xb7 Submitting accurate legal documents in a timely manner. Profile Requirements \xef\x82\xb7 Associate\'s degree in paralegal studies, or similar. \xef\x82\xb7 Post-bachelor\'s degree paralegal certification with a real estate focus preferred. \xef\x82\xb7 A minimum of 2 years\' experience as a real estate paralegal. \xef\x82\xb7 Extensive knowledge of real estate documents, contracts, applications, and submissions. \xef\x82\xb7 Competency in legal project management software, such as Amberlo and Accelo. \xef\x82\xb7 Superb organizational, time management, and multitasking skills. \xef\x82\xb7 Excellent collaboration and communication abilities. \xef\x82\xb7 Keen attention to detail. \xef\x82\xb7 Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
