About the internship

Selected intern\'s day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Working on preparing legal documents and petition filing of section 14 of the Saraesi Act
2. Appearing on behalf of the company/firm/institutions
3. Working on proper study and research of cases to gather evidence to support claims
4. Liaisoning with government authorities
5. Handling responses and reaching out to clients for recovering overdue accounts

Who can apply:

1. Should be open for traveling (having your own conveyance will be an advantage)
2. Experience in collection and recoveries (experience in mortgage collection will add an advantage)
3. Having Sarfaesi Act knowledge and trained DRA will be an added advantage for this job
4. Strong communication skills along with active listening
5. Creative problem solver
