About the internship
Aspire Infinity is seeking a motivated and skilled Legal Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of legal and commercial principles and an interest in using AI technologies in the legal field.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Research legal issues domestically and internationally, providing well-informed advice.
2. Use AI technologies to enhance legal processes, automate tasks, and improve efficiency.
3. Prepare and review legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
4. Conduct due diligence and compliance checking for statutory requirements.
5. Stay updated with international laws and industry best practices.
6. Assist in developing and implementing policies to ensure legal compliance.
7. Collaborate with teams to provide guidance on applicable laws.
Requirements:
1. Final year law student from a recognized university.
2. Strong knowledge of legal principles, including international laws and AML regulations.
3. Interest and understanding of AI technologies in the legal field.
4. Excellent research, analytical, and communication skills.
5. Ability to work independently and in a team.
6. Detail-oriented with high accuracy.
7. Proficient with legal research tools and software.

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (\xe2\x82\xb9 7500 per competence).
