About the internshipSelected intern\'s day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Work on Re-work (Rejected/Short Settled/Mis-Selling) cases.
2. Preparation of Claim petitions & SCN\'s.
3. Preparation of draft of letters to be sent to Grievance Cell of Insurance Ombudsman
4. Empanelment of Advocates for appearing on appearing on behalf of customers.
5. Maintain a working knowledge of all phases of operations and Coordinate support
throughout the business
6. Co-ordination with Partners for procurement of documents.
7. Provide regular performance updates to the senior leadership team
8. Maintaining MIS
9. To devise and implement and drive a customer feedback strategy for All TIB business
10. Maintain the TAT of claims as per the company SOP.
11. Deployed and implement companies SOP at partnerships and clients
