Job Title : Law Counselor

Job Summary : As an Education Counselor at [TOPRANKERS EDTECH SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED], your role is to guide and support students, parents, and educators in making informed decisions regarding educational programs and services offered by our organization. You will serve as a resource and advocate, ensuring that clients have access to the right educational opportunities to meet their needs and aspirations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Student Consultation: Conduct consultations with students and their families to understand their educational goals, interests, and challenges.

2. Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the company's educational offerings, including courses, curriculum, and services.

3. Educational Planning: Collaborate with clients to create tailored educational plans that align with their objectives and preferences.

4. Program Recommendations: Provide guidance on selecting suitable educational programs, courses, and resources offered by the company.

5. Financial Assistance: Offer information about tuition, scholarships, financial aid options, and payment plans to help clients make informed financial decisions.

6. Progress Monitoring: Continuously track and support students' progress, offering guidance and adjustments as needed.

7. Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, educational plans, and relevant documentation.

8. Communication: Effectively communicate the benefits and features of the company's educational services to clients.

8. Feedback Collection: Gather and relay client feedback to improve the quality of our educational programs and services.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in education, counseling, psychology, or a related field.
• Should come from law background, it's mandatory.
• LLB or LLM degree is mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Empathetic and attentive to the needs of students and parents.
• Familiarity with educational resources and curriculum.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Customer service or counseling experience is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
