• Supervise lathe shop operations including drilling, turning, grooving, facing, and tapping to ensure high-quality output.
• Collaborate with Production Planning and Control (PPC) teams to obtain and review engineering drawings and production plans.
• Ensure production activities are planned effectively and conform to specifications.
• Review engineering drawings and production plans for accuracy and adherence to standards.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance shop efficiency and reduce waste.
• Implement best practices and maintain a safe working environment.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support production goals and operational needs.

• MBA in HR with 2 to 4 years of experience in supervising lathe shop operations or similar roles.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities to effectively oversee machinists and shop activities.
• Proficiency in machining techniques and equipment, with the ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to address and resolve operational issues.
• Ability to work collaboratively with other departments to achieve production goals.
