Job Type : Full-Time

Salary : 1,44,000 to 2,16,000 Annually

Key Responsibilities :

1. Skincare Treatments :

• Conduct facial treatments, skin consultations, and customized skincare services based on clients' skin conditions and concerns.
• Administer various treatments such as facials, peels, microdermabrasion, and other skin rejuvenation services.
• Apply therapeutic techniques like facial massages, masks, and treatments for various skin types (e.g., oily, dry, sensitive).

2. Consultation & Skin Analysis :

• Perform thorough skin assessments, identifying skin conditions, concerns, and recommending appropriate treatments.
• Educate clients on the use of skincare products and provide advice on homecare routines to improve skin health.

3. Customer Service :

• Maintain excellent customer relationships by providing a warm, friendly, and professional environment.
• Address client concerns, recommend treatments, and ensure satisfaction with services.

4. Technology & Equipment :

• Operate and maintain skincare technologies, such as IPL (Intense Pulsed Light), LED therapy, or other advanced equipment for facial treatments.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in skincare technologies and techniques.

5. Health & Safety Compliance :

• Ensure all treatments and services comply with health and safety regulations.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment, including sterilizing equipment and handling products in line with hygiene standards.

6. Record Keeping & Administration :

• Maintain accurate records of client treatments, skin conditions, and progress.
• Assist with scheduling appointments, managing client inquiries, and maintaining treatment logs.

7. Sales & Promotions :

• Promote retail products to clients that complement their skincare routine and treatment plan.
• Participate in product promotions, events, and marketing efforts to help increase sales and customer engagement.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
