Job Summary
To prepare program file by DWG file and by hard copy drawing.
Better commanding on TRUTOPS(trump 3030) machine
Responsibilities and Duties
• Utilizes Work Orders, sheets, written and verbal instructions to determine job requirements.
• To reduce the scrap by maximum utilization of sheet
• Performs visual and dimensional inspections to verify compliance with specifications.
• Program and maintain current file revisions of all client part.
• Make machine & tooling selections to manufacture parts in the most cost-effective manner.
• Prepare detailed standardized work instructions and set-up sheets.
• Maintains the Laser and reports any maintenance issues.
• Consults with management to resolve manufacturing or assembly problems.
