The Laser Machine Operator for stainless steel is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining laser cutting machines to produce high-quality stainless steel components. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with a strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to work with precision equipment. Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and calibrate laser cutting machines according to job specifications
- Load and unload stainless steel materials onto the machine
- Monitor the machine during operation to ensure quality and make adjustments as needed
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
- Perform routine maintenance on the machine to ensure its efficiency and longevity
- Troubleshoot issues that may arise during operation
- Follow safety guidelines and protocols at all times
- Day shift
