ABOUT JOB ROLE:We are looking for a motivated and experienced Team Leader to join our development team. The ideal candidate will have 3xe2x80x934 years of experience as a developer and 1xe2x80x932 years of experience leading a team. This role involves managing a team of developers, ensuring project deadlines are met, and delivering high-quality, scalable, and secure web applications. The candidate should be proficient in development and possess strong leadership and communication skills.REQUIREMENTS: xe2x80xa2 3xe2x80x934 years of hands-on development experience (preferably in PHP and Laravel framework).

• 1xe2x80x932 years of proven experience as a team leader or similar leadership role.

• Strong understanding of OOP, MVC architecture, and design patterns.

• Proficiency in managing tasks, allocating resources, and ensuring deadlines are met.

• Knowledge of database design, query optimization, and tools like MySQL/PostgreSQL.

• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, authentication (OAuth2, JWT), and third-party integrations.

• Hands-on experience with version control systems (Git/GitHub/GitLab).

• Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks (Vue.js/React is a plus).

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
