Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Laravel Full-Stack Developer who is proficient in both backend and frontend technologies. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Laravel, React.js, and other modern web development tools. As a team leader, you will be responsible for managing the development team, coordinating with stakeholders, ensuring project architectures are well-defined, and delivering projects on time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full-Stack Development:
• Build and maintain robust and scalable web applications using Laravel for backend and React.js for frontend.
• Integrate APIs and ensure seamless communication between front-end and back-end systems.
• Team Management:
• Lead and mentor a team of developers, ensuring efficient workflow and collaboration.
• Delegate tasks effectively and monitor progress to ensure deadlines are met.
• Project Coordination:
• Collaborate with stakeholders and other team leaders to define project requirements and architecture.
• Create project roadmaps and technical documentation.
• Quality Assurance:
• Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.
• Ensure the performance, security, and scalability of applications.
• Communication & Reporting:
• Serve as a point of contact between the team and stakeholders.
• Provide regular updates on project status, risks, and roadblocks.

Requirements:

• Technical Skills:
• Expert-level proficiency in Laravel and React.js.
• Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, database design (MySQL/PostgreSQL), and ORM (Eloquent).
• Experience with front-end tools and frameworks like Redux, Tailwind CSS, or similar.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and version control systems like Git.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern JS frameworks.
• Leadership Abilities:
• Proven experience in leading and managing development teams.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire the team to achieve excellence.
• Other Skills:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
• Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack development.
• Previous experience in project architecture and technical leadership.
• Familiarity with cloud services like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
