Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Laptop Technician to join our technical team. The ideal candidate will diagnose and repair laptop hardware and software issues, perform system upgrades, troubleshoot common technical problems, and ensure optimal device functionality for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Diagnose and troubleshoot laptop hardware and software issues. Repair or replace faulty components such as keyboards, screens, motherboards, RAM, and hard drives. Install and configure operating systems, drivers, and essential software. Recover lost data and perform data backups as needed. Remove malware, viruses, and other harmful software. Perform system performance optimization and upgrades. Document all services provided and maintain customer service logs. Provide technical support and advice to customers regarding best practices and maintenance. Test repaired systems to ensure full functionality before customer handover. Stay up-to-date with the latest hardware and software technologies.
