Laptop Technician
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues on laptops.
• Perform repairs and upgrades on various laptop models.
• Install and configure operating systems and software applications.
• Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or in-person.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs and services performed.
• Stay updated with the latest technology trends and repair techniques.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Laptop Technician or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of laptop hardware and software components.
• Familiarity with various operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified) are a plus.

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
