*Laptop Service Technician*

**

• Must have complete knowledge of computer hardware such as, Laptop, Desktop, Workstations. Servers knowledge would be an added advantage
• Must be skillful in installing, maintaining, and supporting IT equipment
• Ability to swap Computer Parts from a non-working equipment such as laptops & Desktops
• Must have good hands on with various tools to assemble and disassemble laptops
• Excellent analytical, problem solving and error diagnostic skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Work Experience Required
• Minimum 5-10 Yrs of experience in IT Hardware repair and maintenance service.
• Have provided hardware support for computer systems (Laptops and Desktops)
• Must have installed and provided maintenance service to clients
• Must be expert in troubleshooting Lenovo, HP, Dell, and Apple PCs and Laptops
• Have repaired hardware components of personal computers, laptops
• Have provided upgrade service to all computer platforms
• Have knowledge proper documentation process in service department such as making service call reports, maintaining logs and inventory of equipment repairs
• Have installed anti-virus software to strengthen IT security
• Have installed and troubleshoot various versions of Microsoft Windows Operating Systems (7, 8, 10, 11)
• Have installed and troubleshoot various versions of Apple MacOS X
• Have installed various diagnostics, maintenance and troubleshooting software necessary for hardware maintenance
• Is well versed with computer technology evolution
• Have replaced internal components in laptops/desktop computers as needed
• Upgraded existing hardware and software

Salary: 920,000.00 - 930,000.00 per month
