Laptop Service Engineer
Job Description
ob Title: Laptop Service EngineerKey Responsibilities:
• Diagnosis and Troubleshooting:
• Identify hardware and software issues in laptops.
• Use diagnostic tools and software to pinpoint problems.
• Provide detailed assessments of issues to customers.
• Repair and Maintenance:
• Repair or replace faulty hardware components (e.g., motherboards, hard drives, RAM, keyboards, screens).
• Perform software installations, updates, and troubleshooting (e.g., operating systems, drivers, antivirus).
• Conduct routine maintenance tasks to ensure optimal laptop performance.
• Customer Service:
• Communicate effectively with customers to understand their issues and explain repair options and costs.
• Provide technical support and advice to customers regarding laptop usage and maintenance.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality service in a timely manner.
• Inventory and Documentation:
• Maintain an inventory of spare parts and tools.
• Document all repairs, replacements, and maintenance activities.
• Keep records of customer interactions and service provided.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?16,500.00 per month
Schedule:
• Day shift
