Job Summary: ISIE India is seeking an experienced and passionate Master Trainer / Facilitator to lead our language training programs in English, Japanese, French, or German. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of language acquisition methodologies and have a proven ability to engage and inspire learners of all levels. This role involves designing and delivering comprehensive training sessions, developing training materials, and assessing learner progress.

Key Responsibilities:

• Training Delivery: Conduct engaging and interactive language training sessions for diverse groups, utilizing a variety of teaching methods and technologies to enhance learning outcomes.
• Curriculum Development: Design and develop tailored training programs and materials that meet the specific needs of learners, ensuring alignment with best practices in language education.
• Assessment and Evaluation: Evaluate learners' progress through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics, providing constructive feedback to facilitate improvement.
• Facilitation Skills: Facilitate discussions, workshops, and group activities that promote language practice, cultural understanding, and collaborative learning.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on the latest trends and methodologies in language training, incorporating innovative techniques into training programs to enhance effectiveness.
• Mentorship: Provide guidance and support to junior trainers and facilitators, fostering a collaborative and supportive learning environment.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of training sessions, participant progress, and feedback to inform program improvements and reporting.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Education, Linguistics, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in language training or facilitation, with a proven track record of successful program delivery.
• Language Proficiency: Native or near-native proficiency in English, Japanese, French, or German; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
• Certifications: Relevant teaching certifications (e.g., TEFL, TESOL, DELF, JLPT) are highly desirable.
• Skills:
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to engage and motivate learners effectively.
• Proficient in using technology and digital tools for language training.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?60,000.00 per month
