Roles and Responsibilities of Landscape Architect

Design landscape proposals using drafting software and by hand when necessary

Helps in preparing site plans and master plans as a landscape architect

Knowledge of the contemporary trends of landscape planning, principles, and practices of landscape architecture

Assists in preparing conceptual designs, site layouts, and master plan documentation

Researches and provides site analysis/due diligence including code requirements

Assists in preparing development plans to support planning and zoning approvals for clients

Interact and consult with clients and maintain client relationships

Ensure compliance of Saudi regulations and standards

Collaborate with a team in the creation and completion of projects

Prepare proposal documents and assist in client presentations

Work closely with vendors and subcontractors to ensure quality deliverables

Communicates well and works with co-workers such as other engineering departments, architects, project managers, administrative staff, and others to provide high quality, design solutions for a variety of project assignments

Qualifications

Master's degree in Landscape Architecture

5-15 years of experience preferred

Oral presentation experience

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?15,852.21 - ?59,330.79 per month
